With Sharron Davies staying well past her bedtime when Dancing on Ice went back to 1970, enough was enough and Pavel needed someone he partnered in the past to try and console her. And his choice was either Samantha Mumba from 2008 or Jessica Taylor from 2009. Picking the ideal one to help her out, the professional went and called for Jessica Taylor, who headed straight over the training rink and tried to push Sharron into it. She thought that Sharron was going through the same as her doing the show last year, and she explained she'd been in a few skate-offs with Pavel, and there was one time she was thinking this may be the last chance she'd get to skate, and if it was, she wanted to go home smiling. Jessica watched every bit of Sharron's training as she braved through it ready for the live night. And of course, she didn't face a skate-off! That was the innevitable thing that happened!
