MORE recipes!

Yes, there's been more cooking been done today to my disatisfaction, but this time we've cooked some things that are rather yummy. Asides from the Haiti appeal food and all other food, here's more to feast your eyes on....

Follow up: How to make shortbread

You will need: 9oz Plain Flour, 6oz butter & 4oz sugar (later, a wire rack).

ethod:

Mix all ingredients together to a dough.

Roll out and stamp out circles with a cutter.

Bake until pale golden brown, gas mark 4/180*c.

Cool on a wire rack.

Next, you can follow up: Ginger Nuts

You will need: 8oz Self Raising Flour, 2 teaspoons ground ginger, 2 teaspoons Bicarbonate soda, 3oz sugar, 4oz margarine & 4oz golden syrup.

Method:

Sift the flour, ginger & bicarb into a bowl.

Add the margarine and rub in.

Stir in syrup.

Mix together to a dough.

Roll balls and flatten on a baking sheet.

Then put it in preheated oven gas mark 4/180*c for 10-14 minutes until golden brown.
