Wrong time zone

This time zone I'm currently on is slowly taking a toll on my confidence. A), god knows what clock I've been relying on to get the time like that, and B), I let the phones go dead and end up with no right time to set them on! And guessing just takes a toll on things. I've discovered that the watch is on the wrong time too. It's been adjusted - and I don't know how to re-adjust!
