Holly's upset!

Oh dear - poor Phillip Schofield's girlfriend Holly Willoughby is weeping her heart out to Phil into his chest. Feeling really upset and down in the dumps. Phil will try his best to do something about it but it seems something's on Holly's mind job related. Will Phil be able to work out what?
