BRICK: down again!

To say I haven't been on to customer services about this again would be an understatement. Infact, I'm yet to phone them and find out what response I'll get off them. Chance be the same: Get it sorted out. It's cancelled. That's what I was told before. And I can remember getting on to them when it had first been suspended. Top it up was the response. But I daren't, when I know the full extent to what's been going on with that T-Mobile Disability's Leanne Thompson!
